Now that I have made my purchase, how do I access and start the course?
To access and begin the course, go to the login page at ClassrooMechanics.com.

Click on the course name, which will take you to the main course page. Proceed to the Course Content section and click on the first lesson.
If you received a pair of emails about an account and password being created for you, these emails included login information that you should use when logging in.
I can no longer access the web page I received after my purchase to download the course files and bonus materials. What do I do?
All the files that are a part of your purchase are available for download in two places: 1) on the First Lesson of the courses and workshops, and 2) from the Account Info page.
To access the first lesson, do the following:
1) Go to the login page at ClassrooMechanics.com
(https://www.classroomechanics.com/login/)
2) Login with the username or email address you established at the time of purchase. This will take you to your profile page where you should see the course listed.
3) Click on the course name, which will take you to the main course page.
4)Proceed to the Course Content section and click on the first lesson (MAT – ClassrooMechanics Special Offer Bundle).
To use the alternative method, login as above and go to the Course Dashboard, click the link titled “Account Information” in the sidebar to the right of your screen. This will take you to the account information page where you will see a menu item on the left titled “Downloads.” Click that and see a list of downloadable files for your purchase.
I can’t advance to the next lesson and have tried several things to resolve the issue with no luck. What’s wrong?
I have worked with several people on this issue, and it seems that if you tried to access a course page without being logged in, a non-functional version of the course pages can get put in your browser cache. This will continue to reload despite your being logged in later. There is an easy fix. You will need to reload/refresh the page when you are logged in, and it should work correctly after that. If you are not familiar with refreshing/reloading a web page, look for the circular arrow button on your browser that looks like this:
If this still does not work, let me know what operating system you are using: Mac or Windows, and what version (e.g. mac osx (el capitan or Sierra, etc) or windows vista, 7, 8 or 10), and what browser: IE, Firefox, Chrome, Safari, etc.) and I will try and figure out what is happening.
Do you have any recommendations for when lead teachers should take the Supporting Assistants Workshop that is included as a bonus with my Assistant Toolkit purchase?
Regarding lead teachers and the Supporting Assistants Workshop, it is a stand-alone course and can be taken whether or not there is an assistant taking the Toolkit. It is a collection of best practices and concepts that Tammy observed being helpful in teacher’s interactions and relationship with their assistant. If the lessons are applied, the workshop can result in better classroom dynamics and smoother operations.
Does the lead teacher in the Assistant’s classroom need to have access to the Toolkit course content to help the Assistant?
As regards the teacher’s involvement with the content of the Assistant Toolkit, there are instructions embedded in the course for the assistant to discuss various aspects of the training with the lead teacher to better understand how their school and teacher apply the Montessori method and manage the classroom. These are intended to facilitate the assistant’s seeking guidance from the lead teacher so they can be of better support in their specific classroom.
I have completed the course, how do I print my certificate?

In the Registered Courses list, you will see the course name and over to the right of it is a column that says certificate with a ribbon icon for the course you just completed. Click this ribbon icon to open a window with your certificate. The ribbon icon looks like this.
Note: If your full name was not given at the time the account was created, it will not appear on the certificate. Email us at support@classroomechanics.com requesting that your full name be entered and we can update your account so that the certificate will have your full name.

My Profile or Account page is not loading correctly or does not show my progress.
Your browser cache may be trying to load an older version of the page. This will continue to reload until you refresh the page. Luckily, there is an easy fix. You will need to reload/refresh the page when you are logged in, and it should work correctly after that. If you are not familiar with refreshing/reloading a web page, look for the circular arrow button on your browser that looks like this:
If it still does not work, try a hard refresh. This done as follows:
